Types of Launches
What’s covered in this learning:
I cover four of the most common types of launches, and the differences between them, so you can plan your own launch campaign.
Coming the week of November 5.
The Video Mentions Bonuses and Urgency
I wanted to give you excerpts from our Heart-Centered Copywriting course on both. From our advanced Heart-Centered Copywriting Course (which isn’t included in the Learning Community), here are two PDFs.

The 4 Launches Video
The video is about 17 minutes, and will walk you through all you need to know.
You may want pen and paper, other ways of taking notes and recording insights. Pause as much as you need to!
Questions, Answers, and Coaching
Here are the questions covered from our members:
Tenderness in the launch process
Crowdfunding for a fiction book.
Launching an assessment call offer for chefs.
About launching a 1-1 client offer.
Five Steps for Launching a 1-1 client offer.
Reaching a younger (or different) audience.
Which kind of launch, and which offer, should I choose to do?
A success story: launching classes can work!
Your assignment:
- Watch the video
- Read the PDFs
- Attend the live Q&A call this Wednesday (or listen to the recording once it’s posted)
- Answer the questions.
You might find it helpful to open up a Google Doc, or another file, or even in a paper notebook (gasp!) and answer the questions there, so you can track your progress.
Questions:
- What kind of launch is most relevant for you right now?
- What deadlines can you put into place? If appropriate, what early-bird price can you identify? (You may need to work with Your Right Price within the Crafting Your Offer module.)
- What bonus or bonuses, if any at all, make sense/feel right to add to your launch?
- Even though you haven’t yet done the third lesson and so you may change things significantly, start to sketch out the timeline and details of your launch. What’s involved?
- What insights or take-aways do you have from this exercise?
