  • Describe your own experience with being on the receiving end of other launches. What worked? What didn’t?
  • How does it feel to acknowledge the tenderness and vulnerability involved in your launch? How can you care for your heart?
  • For each of the four principles, what comes up for you? Where do you feel strong? Where do you feel you need to grow and lean into?
  • If you have a launch you’re working on, or one you did in the past, how would you change it now, knowing the principles?
  • What insights or take-aways do you have from this exercise?
