Who are these individual sessions for?

Answer who is anyone who is a member of our Learning Community who wants guaranteed, in-depth feedback from Mark.

• You’re working through the Customer-Focused Story and Heart-Centered Websites, and want direct feedback on the pages you’re writing/creating.
• You’re working on creating compelling content, through Heart-Centered Article Writing, and want article reviews.
• You’re working on a plan to move your business into Momentum, and are wanting to ask specific questions about strategy, and get other kinds of feedback.
• You’re feeling stuck, like you’re treading water, and don’t have a good sense of how to move forward.
• You’re doing fairly well, and just want an annual or semi-annual check-in about how you’re doing and what’s the best next steps.
• Any time you want support that includes in-depth feedback and coaching.

Once you register for a session, the process works like this:

• Mark will reach out to you to schedule. Generally sessions are offered Tuesdays-Fridays, 9am-4pm eastern, subject to openings in his schedule. It can take a couple of days up to a week or two to get onto his schedule.
• Once you’re scheduled, at least two days prior to the session, you email him anything and everything you want him to look at. If you want him to review any written material, put it in a Google Doc, so he can make comments prior to meeting.
• The session itself is about an hour and is conducted on Zoom video.
• After the session you’ll receive the audio recording of the session.

These sessions are incredibly clarifying and can cover anything from spiritual healing of stuck places, to insights around strategy and business model, to in-depth reviews of copy and websites. It’s not unusual to cover a lot of ground in a single session.

Generally one session every now and again is plenty. If you find yourself wanting one or two sessions per month ongoing, you’ll want to have a conversation with Mark about whether you should be in ongoing individual or small group coaching.

Please note that this is a way for Mark to offer occasional, individual support for members, to help go in-depth as needed from time-to-time.

The prices/structure are very different for his ongoing, committed individual clients. Beyond the two sessions per month that individual clients get, he is also available to them for unlimited email support, and he’s tracking them at a very different level.

If you’re interested in becoming an individual client of Mark’s, or perhaps joining his small group coaching group (no more than six people), reach out to him directly. And it’s usually a good idea to start with an individual session here.

The price is $200 and up, per session.

Please note that the prices you see here are specifically for you as a Learning Community member. Mark doesn’t often do single,  one-off sessions for folks outside the community, and the lowest price for non-members is higher than the highest price listed below.

He makes these prices available to you as a community member, to honor your commitment to the process, and to make this kind of feedback available, when  experienced business coaching can be out of reach financially to folks in early stages of development.

If you have a business that is doing well, and your own fees are in the range below or higher, please consider paying at least what your own session fee is.

For simplicity of our systems, we offer a few different price choices. Choose one, any one, complete payment, and you’ll hear from Mark shortly. All of the prices are for the exact same thing: an individual session with Mark.
