Your assignment:
- Listen to the audio.
- Notice what insights and take-aways you get from the material.
- Answer the questions.
You might find it helpful to open up a Google Doc, or another file, or even in a paper notebook (gasp!) and answer the questions there, so you can track your progress.
Questions:
- Identify what you are asking for in your referrals.
- Frame your referral – WHY are you asking for a referral?
- When will you ask for referrals? How will you remind yourself?
- Is it a simple good-will referral, or will you offer a thank you of some sort? If so, what is the thank you?
