At the point where we guide you through the exercise, you’ll want to pause it as often as you want to give yourself the time you need.

Your assignment:

  • Read the PDF workbook, pages 27-36.
  • Listen to the audio tracks.
  • Answer the questions.

You might find it helpful to open up a Google Doc, or another file, or even in a paper notebook (gasp!) and answer the questions there, so you can track your progress.

Questions:

  • What destination(s) are your clients trying to reach?
  • What problems are they running into that are keeping them from reaching their destination?
  • What is a further destination you want for them?
  • What deliverables (that you can provide) will your client need in order to arrive at their destination? Include all types of deliverables you came up with.
  • What resources, obvious and not-so-obvious, do you need in order to provide these deliverables?
  • What insights or take-aways do you have from this exercise?
