A few years back, I had one foot in retirement and the other foot wanting to be ‘in service’. My ‘feet’ tried different ways to make each other happy and then one day, I saw a posting on Facebook for a position at Heart of Business.  And my ‘feet’ beat a path to Heart of Business – want to know why?

As the Persian poet  Rumi said, “Out beyond ideas of wrong-doing and right-doing, there is a field. I will meet you there.”

For me, when we step into this field, we greet each other as equals – kindred spirits all – we share our knowledge and our wisdom. We ask questions, we listen – we provide guidance to those seeking assistance and create sacred space for those needing community.

What a gift!  The opportunity to work with an organization where my professional skills would be used, my spiritual practices were OK, and they could check off every quality found within my special field.

So here I am – happily providing bookkeeping support, client care, strategic planning, and taking care of all those little details of running a business that us Processors enjoy!

My professional background is in Systems Engineering and Business Development. I have walked many spiritual paths seeking my Truth – I am honored to have had teachers share with me their understanding of so many traditions. I consider myself a Pantheist and subscribe to Einstein’s position that “you cannot simultaneous prevent and prepare for war.”

I currently live in Kyle, Texas – deep in the Heart of Texas – just a short drive south of Austin. (I was born and raised in Texas and got back here as soon as I could – tee hee.) I have lived in Dayton, Ohio and Colorado Springs, Colorado and spent a lot of work time working on proposals in California. I am married, kill most plants placed in my care, love the Dallas Cowboys and am a major NASCAR fan. And for all these things I give thanks.
