  • Listen to the audio track.
  • Answer the questions.

You might find it helpful to open up a Google Doc, or another file, or even in a paper notebook (gasp!) and answer the questions there, so you can track your progress.

  • What other layers of reaction did you find under the first reaction?
  • What quality or qualities are being nurtured through your current relationship with money?
  • How does it feel to receive that quality directly?
