The workbook is meant to be a quick read. I suggest reading the workbook, but waiting to do the exercise until you watch the video, using the end of the video to guide you through the exercise. You may want to print out the exercise worksheets on pages 8-10 so you can use them with the video.

The video is only 14 minutes, and about six minutes of that is the guided exercise. Sit back, turn off email, Twitter, or anything else that might distract you, and watch it in fullscreen mode. Doesn’t your business deserve your full attention? 🙂

For the exercise, you’ll want a pen and paper, or even better print pages 8-10 from the PDF.

Your assignment:

  • Read the PDF workbook.
  • Watch the video.
  • Do the exercise that is in the workbook.
  • Answer the questions.

You might find it helpful to open up a Google Doc, or another file, or even in a paper notebook (gasp!) and answer the questions there, so you can track your progress.

Questions:
