You may want to open a Google doc, or other document, or even a notebook and pen (gasp!), to record your insights and let them sink in more deeply for yourself.
- Where are you doing well in nourishing yourself in the three different areas?
- In what ways and areas are you aware of needing more nourishment?
- Of the nourishment that you are needing, what feels like the highest priority? Take your time.
- Given that priority, how can you nourish yourself, even in small ways, over the next day, or week?
- What other take-aways or insights did you get from this material?
