Q: Your suggestion of Medium stood out for me.
Q: I’m going to start with some background so that my questions are as clear as possible: I’m an ex tenured professional in the Health and Kinesiology Dept at a college here in LA for 20 years.
Q: The 5th point you share in video around sharing contact information with every piece of content wasn’t as clear to me.
Q: I went to LinkedIn and found that i have 145 followers there!!!
Q: The link you have in the .pdf for taking us to a website that lists more Divine qualities is no longer a good link.
Q: A big one: how do I take decisions and actions from my brain versus from my heart?
Q: I had hired a business coach but wonder if I should hire someone to help with social media marketing:
Q: I have had a steady practice of clients but have noticed a stagnation recently.
Q: It is hard for me to take steps one by one. Where to start?

Your assignment:

  1. Watch the Publishing Content video (20 minutes)
  2. Read the Being Visible PDF from last week, this time pg 11-p20, up until Third in the Sequence.
  3. Listen to the Fulfilling Neediness audio, to be led through the exercise.

Questions:

  • What kinds of content are you drawn to from others, that you also feel you could create? This could just mean formats/approaches, and not the actual content. For instance, if someone is creating short 2 minute videos for back care, and you like how they do it, but your business is about relationships, that’s a great example of something to follow.
  • What was your relationship with neediness before this class?
  • What insights did you take from the PDF and Fulfilling Neediness exercise?
  • What’s the absolute minimum you feel you need to do to be able to dig in with creating and publishing content?
  • Any other learnings/take-aways?
