Your Assignment:
- Read the workbook, pages 25-34.
- Listen to the audio.
- Start to identify teachings that you use in your work.
- For the Keyholes you came up with in the previous exercise, pair each one with a Teaching. If you like, use the Exercise sheet on pages 35-36.
Once you’ve completed the assignments, answer the following questions for yourself. You may want to get a notebook, or open a document. Answering these questions helps with learning and integration for adult learners.
Questions:
- What difference do you notice in content you’ve read or watched that is just a how-to, versus one that also explains a teaching, why the how-to works?
- Did you notice the change in power when an ordinary teaching is put into a specific context? What did you notice?
- What was the experience like, pairing the Keyholes with Teachings?
- Any other insights or breakthroughs?
