You might find it helpful to open up a Google Doc, or another file, or even in a paper notebook (gasp!) and answer the questions there, so you can track your progress.
Questions:
What destination(s) are your clients trying to reach?
What problems are they running into that are keeping them from reaching their destination?
What is a further destination you want for them?
What deliverables (that you can provide) will your client need in order to arrive at their destination? Include all types of deliverables you came up with.
What resources, obvious and not-so-obvious, do you need in order to provide these deliverables?
What insights or take-aways do you have from this exercise?
