The Four Stages of Business Self-Assessment
This video training is arguably the most important, and most fundamental, training we have. Learning the stages of development, and assessing where your business is right now, holds the keys to your success.
When you know where you are, then you know what you need. Our complete curriculum takes 12 to 24 months to complete. You want to start where your business needs help most. Even more, you want to ignore what’s not needed now, so it doesn’t distract you or slow you down.
At the end of this training, you’ll have a great sense of your business, how it’s developing, and what it needs. And you’ll know where to dig into our modules, so your business can start to fly!
Plus, when you fill out the form and submit it, Mark will read it and reply to you personally within a week or so. He will give guidance on where he thinks you need to focus, and other things he notices about your business.

At the point where I guide you through the self-assessments, you’ll want to pause it as often as you need to answer the questions, filling out the worksheet.
It may mention other programs, like our “Foundations” programs that are no longer offered. The good news is that ALL of the content from those programs is already included in the Learning Community!
Step 2: Answer the Self-Assessment Questions
You may want to pause the video as you watch it, to help you answer some of the questions as you go.
The Self-Assessment includes 12 multiple choice questions, and then ten questions asking for more detailed answers that tell us about your business and its history.
If you want, you can answer the questions directly onto the form below. However, as you know, the internet can sometimes be glitchy.
We suggest that, as you go through the form, that you answer them on a separate document of your own, and then copy/paste them into the form. That way, if something glitches, you haven’t lost your answers.

After your submit your assessment
Once you have completed the assessment and clicked the “send it in” button, you’ll receive an email copy of your answers.
And, Mark will also receive an email copy of your answers. He will read your assessment, and reply to you personally by email with his insights and thoughts about your answers. He will give you guidance on where to focus, which resources to work on next within the Learning Community.
Timing
Mark tries to reply to every assessment within a week or so. If ten days go by and you haven’t heard anything, please nudge us! Send in a priority contact form or email us to let us know you’re waiting!
Also, if you do not receive your own email copy of your answers (and make sure to check your spam filter in case it ends up there), don’t wait but reach out immediately.
