Silence – Talking – Conflict
What’s covered in this learning:
This third lesson in How to Run Successful Groups in Your Business, we have three teaching videos, this time focused on the three most common challenging interactions with participants. The first one is on Silence, the lack of participation, when no one is speaking up.
The second one is Talking, when you have participants speaking more than you want them to.
The third one is Conflict, when you have participants challenging you, or bringing challenging information to you.
All three videos total about 28 minutes. I definitely recommend you watch them before taking in the deepening call, with the coaching Q&A.
