The Client Questionnaire

What’s covered in this learning:

To create focus, you need to know what you’re talking about. With or without a clipboard, it’s helpful to have a client questionnaire for yourself.

  • Listen to the audio.
  • Do the Client Questionnaire exercise, pages 122-123.

You might find it helpful to open up a Google Doc, or another file, or even in a paper notebook (gasp!) and answer the questions there, so you can track your progress.
